Formatour Incorporated courses are all intensive programs that generally lead to an examination, such as ITIL® or ISO, or can be just for a general knowledge purpose, such as in our leadership program. The completion of a specific course or program of study will significantly enhance your chance of passing your desired certification examination. We systematically review every major section that is tested on your exam, as well as reviewing and discussing practical aspects and methodologies to tackle each of them.

What is the difference between an online course and a live online course?
Besides the classroom or on site courses, we also provide most of our ISO courses online via the PECB App KATE. KATE is a free application that allows you to access the courses assigned to you. It requires you to login with your credentials. KATE is Windows and MAC OS X compatible.
The live online course is a distance learning, available only for our ITIL® courses. Regardless of their locations or countries, students will just have to connect to the Learning Management System (LMS) at a designated time frame and will have the possibility to interact directly with the instructor. A minimum of 3 weeks is required to setup the Learning Management System and provide student access credentials. Also, we have an eBook the student can use as well. Right now, our LMS is WINDOWS based only. We are working on the Mac platform which will be released soon.

All of FormaTour Incorporated courses must reach a minimum enrollment in order to proceed. Our GTR (guarantee To Run) is generally 4. Courses that do not reach that minimum enrolment number at least 2 weeks before the start of the course will be rescheduled to a later date. If, for any reason, a FormaTour Incorporated course is rescheduled, you have the option to either receive a 100% refund of your course fee or transfer your course fee to a later FormaTour Incorporated course date.
