Key contributor to the development of international standards with the Standards Council of Canada as an active member of the CAC / JTC1 / SC40 subcommittee – IT Service Management and IT Governance.
In addition to his Quality Engineering degree from Conestoga College in Ontario, Canada, and a Master I in Sustainable Development from the University of Abidjan, Gérard Koffi is an ISO22301 Lead Implementer for Business Continuity.
